Assembling the sleeve with the whole leg technical envelope :

The heat exchanger (Ref. 520922-03, 520923-03) fits inside the sleeve (Ref. 510922, 510923) and is part of a pre-assembled casing (Ref. 590922-03, 590923-03). If the heat exchanger is removed to clean the sleeve or for any other reason, follow the instructions below to reinsert the heat exchanger into the sleeve.

Place the sleeve on a flat surface with the logo facing upwards and locate the opening.

Insert the heat exchanger into the sleeve, blue side down (the blue side of the heat exchanger must be in contact with the blue side of the sleeve).

Make sure the heat exchanger lies flat inside the sleeve, without creases or wrinkles. Close the zip on the sleeve if necessary. After assembly, place the blue side up and check that the heat exchanger is evenly distributed and lies flat inside the sleeve.
