Assembling the sleeve with the articulated knee heat exchanger
The heat exchanger (Ref. 520160-03) fits inside the sleeve (Ref. 510160) and is part of a pre-assembled envelope (Ref. 590160-03). If the heat exchanger is removed from the sleeve before cleaning, or for any other reason, follow the instructions below to reinsert the heat exchanger into the sleeve.
1- Place the sleeve on a flat surface with the logo facing upwards and locate the opening.
2- Insert the heat exchanger into the sleeve, blue side down (the blue side of the heat exchanger must be in contact with the blue side of the sleeve).
3- Make sure the heat exchanger lies flat inside the sleeve, without folds or creases. Close the sleeve's zipper if necessary. After assembly, lay the blue side up and check that the heat exchanger is evenly distributed and lies flat inside the sleeve.
